    1. Thank you for sharing it! I think it’s a really great idea – something completely different to any other art therapy activities/interventions I’ve come across – and I imagine it’s something I might respond to. I’m especially interested in the idea of it being evidence and a visual reminder of both how strong the anxiety was and how one manages to get through or transform it.
